How to download the admit card
- Open the official SBI careers page (sbi.bank.in, then Careers). Type the address yourself, do not click links from messages.
- Find the recruitment notice for Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales), regular vacancies (CRPD/CR/2026-27/17).
- Open the prelims call letter link.
- Enter your registration or roll number and your date of birth or password.
- Download the admit card and take a clear printout.
Exam-day checklist
- The printed admit card. It is your entry pass.
- A valid photo ID, as listed in the instructions on your admit card.
- A passport-size photo if your instructions ask for one.
- Reach the centre early. Check the reporting time on your admit card.
- Follow the rules on what you cannot carry, such as phones and electronic items.

- SBI does not ask for money to give you an admit card.
- Never share your password or OTP with anyone who calls or messages you.
- If you find an error on your admit card, contact SBI through the official helpdesk given in the notice.
