Who Can Apply

Students who are residents of Uttar Pradesh, hold a valid domicile and are enrolled in Class 9 to 12, undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma or certificate courses can apply for the UP Scholarship 2026-27 through the state’s official portal, scholarship.up.gov.in.

The last date for fresh and renewal applications for the post-matric (Dashmottar) scholarship is 31 October 2026. Students should note that the pre-matric scholarship window for Classes 9 and 10 already closed on 21 September 2026.
