Prestige Estates Plans ₹40,000 Crore Of Housing Launches In H2 FY27 After Q2 Pre-Sales Rise 20%
Prestige Estates reported pre-sales of about ₹7,200 crore in the July–September quarter (Q2 FY27), up 20% from a year earlier and 10% from the previous quarter, in its operational update of 13 October. Collections rose 26% to ₹5,290 crore.
The developer launched three projects in the quarter with combined gross development value of about ₹4,000 crore: Prestige Parklane (Bengaluru), Prestige Palm Court (Chennai) and Garden Breeze at TPC Sarjapur (Bengaluru).
For the second half of FY27 it plans launches worth around ₹40,000 crore, with festive-season projects across Mumbai, NCR, Bengaluru and Chennai. Its FY27 pre-sales target is ₹36,000 crore. These are company plans, and launch timing depends on regulatory approvals.
