Checking your Provident Fund (PF) balance is straightforward and can be done in minutes using any of these three official methods.

1. EPFO Member Portal: Visit the EPFO member e-SEWA portal, log in with your UAN (Universal Account Number) and password, and view your passbook under “View Passbook.”

2. UMANG App: Download the UMANG app, search for “EPFO,” select “Employee Centric Services,” then “View Passbook,” and log in with your UAN.

3. Missed call or SMS: Give a missed call to 011-22901406 from your UAN-registered mobile number, or send an SMS to 7738299899 in the format “EPFOHO UAN ENG” (replace ENG with your preferred language code) to get your balance via SMS.
